meetings/ — daily work log
One file per working day: YYYY-MM-DD.md. A "meeting" = any working session with NEO — what was asked, what was done, what was decided, what is open. Written as raw notes, dated, never rewritten afterwards (corrections go into a later entry).
NEO writes/updates the day's file as work happens and at the end of each working session — without being asked.
